Description of the organization
Datini Upper Secondary School is both a hospitality vocational state school and a technical agriculture school. Students are 14-18 years of age, belonging to different social and cultural backgrounds, in which the school is particularly committed in order to limit the drop-out rates. Considering that, one of the main objectives of the school is special needs student inclusion. The principle of inclusion applies to pupils with disabilities, to pupils with social and economic disadvantages and to immigrants. In such circumstances, measures focus on personalization and didactic flexibility. In order to guarantee the student success and to promote the students critical thinking, the school has always invested on teachers training and innovative teaching methods

How the organisation will contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the project results
Dissemination will take place by means of specific events, such as Open days and presentations to students and teachers.
